On Monday 8th September 2025 we will be launching TOTAL online triage.
Total triage means that every patient requiring a GP or ANP appointment will be triaged by a clinician first.
These appointments will no longer be booked by the reception team.
WHY ARE WE MAKING THIS CHANGE?

✨To reduce waiting times and improve access for all patients
✨To help our team manage increasing demand more safely and efficiently
HOW DOES TOTAL TRIAGE WORK?
✨You will be asked to complete an online request form via our website or via the NHS App for all medical and administration queries https://www.bmcgp.co.uk
✨Our triage team will then review your request and respond with the most appropriate next step, this could be a phone call, a video consultation, face to face appointment or advice via a text or an email.
🚨Don't worry if you do ot have access to the internet our reception team will be available to complete this for you over the telephone🚨
